How It Works

From first call to implementation.

Five steps. Each one has a clear input, a clear output, and a decision point. No long onboarding. No open-ended retainers.

10 minutes

First call

A short conversation to understand your situation.

We ask about your category, your buyers, and how they currently research vendors. We explain what we look for and what the audit covers.

If the problem seems relevant, we move to the audit. If it does not, we say so directly. No pitch follows either way.

Output

A decision on whether an audit makes sense.

AI Visibility Audit

We test how your company appears in AI-generated answers.

We build a prompt set based on the queries buyers in your category actually use. Category comparisons, vendor shortlists, product-specific questions.

We run those prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. We map where your company appears, what is said about it, where it is missing, and what competitors are showing up instead.

We identify the structural causes: weak category signals, fragmented evidence, entity inconsistencies, missing trust sources.

Output

A written summary of your current AI visibility with the key gaps identified.

03

Paid

Structural Diagnosis

A detailed diagnostic of what is causing the problem.

We go through your site, your external source profile, and your content layer systematically. We map exactly what is blocking AI interpretation at each level.

We rank the gaps by impact and define what implementation would involve: which pages, which structural changes, which evidence layers need to change.

The output is a clear scope document. There is no obligation to proceed to implementation. Some companies take this document and act on it internally.

Output

A scope document with a prioritised gap analysis and a clear implementation plan.

04

Fixed scope

Implementation

We make the changes defined in the diagnosis.

We restructure key pages for AI legibility. That means rewriting how product categories are described, restructuring clinical or technical evidence for parseability, and reinforcing the entity signals AI systems use to verify your company.

We do not create new content. We fix how existing content is structured and how it connects to supporting sources.

We work with your team on approvals and publishing. We keep the process light. Most of the work happens on our side.

Output

Implemented changes across the pages defined in scope.

05

Validation

We test the same prompts again and show you what changed.

We run the same prompt set we used in the audit. You see the before and after outputs for the same queries. The delta is the evidence.

Where the improvement is partial or where new gaps appear, we identify them and define what additional work would address them.

Output

A before-and-after comparison across the full prompt set.

What to Expect

Light on your team. Clear on scope.

We ask for limited access to your website and any existing technical or product documentation. We need one point of contact for questions and approvals.

After the initial setup, most of the work happens on our side. Your team steps in for occasional clarifications and sign-off on changes before they are published.

We do not create new content. We restructure what you already have. That means the process is faster and the changes are grounded in what your company actually does.

Start with the first call.

Ten minutes. We will ask about your category and your buyers, explain what the audit covers, and tell you directly whether the problem seems relevant to your situation.
