By using AEO Studio's website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

AEO Studio provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) consulting services, including AI Visibility Audits, signal building, and authority monitoring.

All engagements are scoped individually. Deliverables are defined in writing before work begins. Proposals are valid for 30 days.

Free AI Visibility Check

The free audit is a manual review delivered within 24 hours.

It is an analytical output, not a binding proposal or guarantee of results.

Payments

Invoices are issued under Portuguese law.

Payment terms are defined per engagement.

AEO Studio is not VAT registered below the legal threshold.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, reports, and deliverables produced by AEO Studio remain the intellectual property of AEO Studio until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

Results Disclaimer

AEO Studio applies proven methodologies but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

AI systems are developed and updated by third parties outside our control.

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

Limitation of Liability

AEO Studio's liability is limited to the value of the engagement in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
